Please know that the length of the session, for which you are billed (e.g., 60 min=$120), includes all aspects of our professional time. This encompasses, but is not limited to, therapy work, discussion of new-client intakes, recurring-client updates and discussion about their well-being, and teaching and refining self-help techniques. If you want to maximize your session, please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are a new-client, please print, fill out, and bring your intake forms with you to your session, or plan to arrive 10 min early to fill out the forms at the office.

Introductory Package
5-Session New Client Introductory Package ($50 off regular price):
This introductory prepaid package is for new clients who may benefit from frequent regular therapy sessions. Packages are designed for one or more sessions to be scheduled per week, with a minimum of one session per week. Frequent sessions may facilitate therapeutic progress, and can be beneficial when starting treatment.

Credit/Debit Card Fee
There is a $2.75 processing fee when using a credit or debit card to pay for services or products. Packages of multiple sessions are subject to a 2.75% processing fee. There are no additional fees for paying with cash or check.

Cancellation and Late Policy
24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellations is required for a scheduled session that cannot be kept. The full session fee may be charged for any missed or canceled sessions that do not provide 24-hour notice.

If a client arrives late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time so the following client is not penalized. If a session runs short due to the lateness of the client, it is the client's responsibility to pay for the fully scheduled session.
